Bar Captain - Tổ trưởng quầy Bar

• Có trách nhiệm giữ gìn tài sản vật dụng nhà hàng đã được bàn giao, nếu thất lạc, hư hỏng phải báo cáo và tùy theo món đồ phải đền bù./ Handle the furniture fixed and equipment’s in the proper way, prevent damage and stolen. Any damage or stolen incident happened, the staff need to responsible or get pay to replace property.
• Chào đón khách với thái độ niềm nở qua ánh mắt, nụ cười trong tư thế nghiêm túc./ Greet each guest promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, a smile and good posture.
• Nhận biết những khách hàng tiềm năng và giải quyết kịp thời những trường hợp khách hàng gây rối./ Recognize and address potential disruptive or undesirable guests.
• Phục vụ đồ uống ở khu vực quầy bar./ Serve all drinks for service bar area, guests and the bar area.
• Đảm bảo kỹ năng phục vụ khách theo phong cách nhất quán và đúng tiêu chuẩn./ Ensure that all details of service are performed properly and that every guest receives the highest quality of service.
• Đảm bảo phong cách phục vụ đồ ăn và thức uống theo đúng tiêu chuẩn./ Ensure proper service of all food items to guests; ensure proper pouring, mixing, blending, etc. of drinks.
• Có kiến thức đầy đủ về từng loại thức uống trong thực đơn, thành phần và cách làm./ Develop a complete working knowledge of the menu items and their ingredients and preparation.
• Có kiến thức đầy đủ về các mặt hàng, sản phẩm được bày bán tại quầy bar như bia, thức uống pha chế, …/ Develop a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar, i.e. non-alcoholic beers, cocktails, specialty drinks, etc.
• Luôn dự trữ đủ các loại thức uống và dụng cụ phục vụ di kèm trong quầy bar./ Requisition, pick up, verify, and put away all requisitions for non-alcoholic beer, juices, soft drinks and food items used for the bar areas.
• Đặt hàng và xác nhận số lượng thức uống và thực phẩm dùng trong quầy bar./ Stock the bar areas with non-alcoholic beer, juices, soft drinks, glassware and condiments.
• Luôn trông coi khu vực quầy bar./ Check and recheck the bar during service.
• Luôn sắp xếp ngăn nắp ly tách và giữ quầy bar sạch sẽ gọn gàng./ Keep the bar area neat and tidy at all times clearing dishes and glassware whenever possible.

2. Phụ cấp ca đêm, ca gãy và ngoài giờ theo quy định. Allowance for night shift, split shift and overtime as prescribed by policy.

3. Điều chỉnh tăng lương hàng năm theo tình hình kinh doanh thực tế. Annual salary increasement based on actual business result.

4. Tham gia Bảo hiểm (BHXH, BHTN, BHYT, BHTN) theo quy định. Social, Unemployment, Health, 24/24 Personal Accident Insurance according to Law.

• Có bằng Tốt Nghiệp hoặc giấy chứng nhận liên quan đến ngành bartender./ Bartender school diploma or equivalent course certificates.
• Kỹ năng đọc, viết và giao tiếp tiếng Anh thành thạo./ Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Kinh nghiệm công việc hành chánh văn phòng./ Experience in administration and office jobs.
• Có 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm về pha chế hoặc liên quan đến phục vụ đồ ăn thức uống./ 2-3 years bartending and/or related food and beverage experience.
• Có kiến thức chuyên môn về đồ uống và pha chế đồ uống./ Good knowledge of beverages and mixed drinks.
