Surveillance Technician

 Install, repair and maintain / clean cameras / monitors / alarms / CCTV switcher / digital encoders / servers and DVR’s and other associated systems including laying and terminating cable.

 Maintain the stock level of respective workstations.

 Participate in training and skills assessing as assigned.

 Ensure the workshop/rack room and others are clean and safe and well maintained.

 Conduct camera/system checks as required.

 Maintain knowledge and strive to learn about new equipment types available in the market.

 Be available as per running work-roster to be on emergency reaction call duty to return to the venue without delay with use of approved transportation methods to rectify the malfunction deemed critical.

 Perform other associated duties as assigned.

 2 years of CCTV technical experience. Experience with using workshop repair / testing / diagnostic equipment

and/or

 College degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering and IT Computer Hardware or Software.

 Good level of English speaking, reading and writing.

 Knowledge of application of test meters, solder irons, hand tools, 2-way radios, QA, project supervision. Knowledge of software such as MS operating systems, SQL server, MS server, AutoCAD and basic networking.

 Maintain a good workspace employee relation in the way of respectful and harmony.

 Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
