Mô tả công việc

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Google Advertising campaigns:

- Review the Accor Regional PPC campaign monthly report

- Provide recommendations to maximize PPC campaign performance at hotel level

- Planning and execution of Display advertising campaigns, including retargeting in order to raise hotel’s awareness and promote hotel’s offer

2. SEO campaigns:

- Monitor website performance for Search Engine Optimization

- Performing on-going keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities

- Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success

- Manage local SEO on local business listings in all properties including hotel and restaurant outlets

- Track, report, and analyze website analytics

- Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.

- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing

- Research and analyze competitor advertising links

- Develop and implement link building strategy

- Work with the Regional Digital Marketing team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code

- Build up the content creation to drive SEO

- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords

3. Social Media:

- Define the Social Media tactics in line with the key Marketing objectives: establish a hotel presence on selected platforms in line with the marketing strategy and compliant to the brand

- Run advertising in main social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn,...)

- Hotel audit and reporting

- Regularly audit the hotel’s Digital Marketing strategy and report to Marketing & Communications Executive

- Assist Marketing & Communications Executive to manage hotel’s KPI and analyze hotels online production

- Set up action plan to optimize hotel’s online performance

- Evaluating and analyzing the social media channels’ performance

- Create and share detailed hotel’s monthly report on overall web results

- Managing Facebook Page and planning the Content Directions for period

- Review new technologies and keep the hotel at the forefront of developments in digital marketing

- Coordinate with many interlocutors to evaluating market conditions and competitor’s data online

- Hotel facesheet on AH.com and Brand.com: review on a regular basis hotel’s description, pictures, videos to improve online performance

4. Global and Regional offers:

- Maximize the exposure to key emitting markets Individual hotel offer

- Set up action plan to market and give maximum exposure to key emitting markets

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Qualification:

- Bachelor degree in Digital Marketing/Ecommerce or related field

2. Skills:

- At least 01 year of relevant experience in Digital Marketing/Ecommerce

- Relevant experience in the hotel industry

- Have strong background in multichannel IMC

- Have strong understanding and always up-to-date current online marketing concepts, trends, strategy and best practice

- Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, good at presenting conclusions and making recommendations

- Be revenue focused and be able to implement strategies to support hotel

- Have a very good command of English both verbal and written

- Ability to work to a tight schedule and deadlines

- Ability to demonstrate and convince in the value on investing online

- Ability to handle multiple ongoing tasks

- Have a positive “I can do” attitude
