Bar Supervisor

Supervise the Bar Operation and Bar station to maintain the highest standard in term of service and hygiene

Prepare and monitor the Bar station/ working station to run the Bar smoothly

Assist Bar Manager/ Assistant Bar Manager to create the new cocktail list and deliver on the job training to the Bartending team

Make sure the team prepare all items, ingredients, fresh garnishes before service time.

Serve wine/champagne bottles, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems.

Follow appropriate procedures for serving alcohol.

Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit (CO2 lines, soda tanks, soda guns, drain, etc.), tables, and other tools, following all set-up guidelines.

Provide daily/ weekly/ monthly inventory

Communicate with guests, other employees, or departments to ensure guest needs are met.

Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies.

Requisition all necessary supplies, specifically bottle-for-bottle liquor restock, transporting supplies from storeroom to bar set-up area as required.

Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables and place in designated area

Check with captain or supervisor before leaving at end of shift.

Ability to handle POS and Cashier System.

Assist the team and cooperate with the team to deliver the best foods

Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests

Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment whilst ensuring a product of high quality and presentation standards.

Keep all working areas clean and tidy. Ensure all equipment is maintained, serviced and cleaned- Other daily tasks will be share in the interview...

- Vietnamese talents with solid experience in Bar - 1-2 year experience as Bar Supervisor and 3 years as an experienced and high skill Bartender with good supervisory skills

- Fluent in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken

- Basic computer skills

- Hotel management college diploma or above

- Customer - oriented, customer relationship skills

- Knowledgeable about beverages and experience of working in restaurant
