Marketing Manager (Based in HCMC Office)

- Monitors and supervises his/her team’s production and activities.

- Keeps himself/herself well informed about products (lodging, catering and other facilities).

- Closely observes matters pertaining to competition (site, prices, services offered on a regular basis, quarterly or more often as needed).

- Implements policies and procedures as directed by the CEO

- Responsible for the marketing strategy planning to achieve company’s objectives.

- Develop plan, content, and idea branding

- Managing the budget of the marketing department.

- Researching and analysing market trends and competitors.

- Following and controlling marketing campaigns, review performance marketing campaigns.

- Controlling the company’s attendance at events.

- Managing Marketing team (PR, Digital, Community, Media).

- Working closely with other departments to develop marketing plans Managing Digital MKT : outsource / inhouse

- Make Marketing strategy to attract traffic / boost sales

- Building or promoting, conveying marketing messages to customers

- Increasing brand awareness on Social Media channels

- Plan and improve customer experience through platforms: Website (core platform), Online advertising, Social Media, Email, finally Mobile, Content, Video, Digital OOH, etc ... to boost SEO results (Google Analysis, Google Web Master Tools, Ahrefs, SEMrush…).

Environment: Indoor, office environment. Standard resort business hours must be maintained. Working hours: 4 hours/day and 1 weekly day off.

Additional hours necessary to provide support for special functions that require the assistance of a Guest services Manager. Professional working environment.
