Mô tả công việc

Handle reservation enquiries via phone and email.
Input bookings accurately into system.
Coordinate with Front Office and Sales.
Maximize room occupancy and sales opportunities.
Provide professional service to guests.
Manage deposits, allotments and VIP bookings.
Handle complaints and special requests promptly.

Yêu cầu công việc

Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or related field.

Good spoken and written English skills.

Minimum 1 year reservation experience.

Strong communication and customer service skills.
