MAIN SKILL

  1. Kitchen operator, specializing in fruit and vegetable carving for plate decoration, side dishes, pastry, events
  2. Composition of cold dishes without cooking, as salads, snacks platter, desserts
  3. Work beside Chef and sous chef to design decorations/side dish for optimal presentation of the dishes (basic menu’ and specials)
  4. Support Sous Chefs on service time (dish finalization and cold dishes)
  5. Responsible of daily quality control and inventory of fresh fruits and vegetables needed for every kitchen shift
