Mô tả công việc

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides administrative support to Director of Human Resources and ensures the implementation of Hotel policies, standards, and procedures as they apply to the administrative functions.
  • Reads and routes incoming mails.
  • Locates and attaches appropriate file correspondence to be answered by Director of Human Resources.
  • Types, files, and upkeep all private and confidential matters related to the department.
  • Sets up a systematic and efficient filing system, both for hard files as well as all electronic data, that enables quick retrieval.
  • Ensures all files are kept up to date at all times.
  • Prepares the relevant materials for all meetings attended by the Director of Human Resources: Daily Operations Meeting, Executive Committee Meetings, Departmental Meetings and ad hoc meetings.
  • Answers telephone and gives information to callers or routes call to appropriate official and places outgoing calls.
  • Compiles and types statistical reports.
  • Makes copies of correspondence or other printed matter.
  • Prepares outgoing mails.
  • Types, takes dictation and minutes, drafts letters, files and traces and composes correspondence.
  • Attends and prepares minutes for Division’s employee meetings.
  • Monitors and maintains the proper appearance of the Human Resources office area.
  • Handle the staffing and C&B administration within the division.
  • Assist Director of Human Resources in managing the people soft system and recruitment database on the website.
  • Ad hoc request from time to time in building your human resources management concept.

Yêu cầu công việc

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Hospitality/Tourism management/Business/Economics
  • Candidates having work experience in hospitality is preferred.
  • Good English communication and writing skills.
  • Problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
  • Good computer knowledge required.
  • Creative and pleasant personality.
  • Good knowledge of Human Resources is a plus.
  • 1 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
