Mô tả công việc

• Fully understand the business strategy and positioning of the Aman brand and effectively articulate this positioning in the marketplace. This is a responsibility of all sales professionals, regardless of their responsibility level.

• Maintain a personal up-to-date knowledge on all Amanoi product and service offerings, and the products, services, rates and new developments of key competitors.

• To develop new business contacts: Destination Management Companies, Corporate Accounts, M.I.C.E. Accounts, Wedding Planners. Maintain detailed information on the potential revenues from these accounts.

• To acquire group business such as weddings, incentives, birthday parties, company retreats.

• Coordinate and participate in trade and press familiarization trips, site inspections, sales trips and roadshows as required to meet the sales targets of the hotel.

• Organise regular sales trips to cover targeted sales activities.

• Conduct a minimum of 12-15 sales calls weekly and submit a weekly report including summary of key appointments and return on investment.

• Train travel agents in the offering and detail of the property.

• Update and maintain consistent information on all accounts and meeting information in the company CRM platform.

• Assist in establishing and maintaining client databases, and using those databases in promotions and marketing campaigns.

• Liaise effectively with all operational colleagues, providing support and information to ensure accurate delivery of our promise. Be the ‘go to’ person for all matters related to sales, distribution, and rates for all hotel colleagues.

• Drive opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Aman properties.

• Provide all assistance to guests and clients in a proactive, professional and friendly manner.

• Ensure that all paperwork associated with the work of the department is processed quickly and efficiently, including letters, emails, contracts and reports.

• Take responsibility for your own professional development including strong financial literacy and negotiation skills, and strong face-to-face selling skills needed to become a future Sales Leader for Aman.

Yêu cầu công việc

3-5 years of experience as Sales manager with established network in the luxury segment in the markets highlighted above.

A degree in hospitality management.

Confident and articulate with a professional appearance.

An understanding of client expectations and trends of luxury and lifestyle travelers.

Ability to demonstrate strong existing relationships with clients and luxury travel partners with a positive track record of sales performance.

Demonstrate excellent communications and interpersonal skills to engage with others.

Highly self-motivated and hands-on with sales presentations, events coordination, and day-to-day operations.

For this role, verbal and written fluency in English, MS Office skills, and knowledge of social media channels in regular business use are mandatory.

An understanding of CRM/Salesforce is desirable.
