Mô tả công việc

• Monitors and ensures smooth operation of all networking systems used in the hotel such as the POS system, the Hospitality Networking System, Email system, Proxy and firewall system, Webserver, etc

• Check and clean viruses from the software programs being used in all computers of the hotel.

• Installs new programs for the computers as required by departments and approved by the Management.

• Format the hard drive and re-installs operating system for the departments’ computers when they are defective.

• Monitors and follows up all computer service contracts ( Support service, Internet service, maintenance service, etc.

• Helpdesk support for hotel guest and computer users.

• Performs other duties as assigned by Chief Accountant from time to time.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: A diploma or degree qualification. Good in oral and written English.

Experience: We prefer the candidate had experience in hospitality industry.

Other:

- Good in planning, organizing and co-ordination

- Hard working and enthusiastic personality

- 2 years experience about computer user support.
