Duties and responsibilities
1. Maintains the Accounts Receivable function.
2. Assists the Credit Supervisor to ensure that all of the account receivable jobs are done properly.
3. Ensures credit card received is equal with those printed on edit report. Total amount of each credit card, should be equal with total amount in report.
4. Examines each card such as expiry date, approval for exceeding floor limit, amount written on card with total amount spending for bill.
5. Transfers credit card amount to billing account then apply.
6. Prepares airlines invoice for airline contracted with the hotels.
7. Files credit card
- Signed bills and restaurants
- Warning bulletin
- Summary credit card correspondence etc.
8. Checks credit card charge back and query letters and makes follow ups.
9. Prepares late charges for credit card.
10. Keep monitoring the AR Aging report and Guest In-house Report.
11. Performs other duties as assigned
12. Perform other duties as required by Finance Controller

Yêu cầu công việc
1. At least Bachelor degree in Accounting
2. At least 1 year experience in Account Receivable
3. Analytical, organized, and detailed
4. Strong in inter-personality skill
5. Good knowledge of back office or front office software
