- an understanding and background of kitchens.

- be able to work with computers and excel

- understand produce and food items

- Be able to communicate in English aswell as vietnamese.

- they will become responsible for the short and long term cost controlling and negotiating better deals.

- able to do food costings

- control food wastage in outlets and communicate with chefs.
