Mô tả công việc

 Assist with preparing monthly cost report

 Consolidate purchasing report for all venues monthly to ensure consistency with suppliers

 Export and summarize data from the SONET system

 Update the costing price for all sold items of all venues by category

 Prepare monthly report of items with high margins

 Consolidate purchasing report for all venues monthly to ensure consistent ordering with the same suppliers.

 Follow and report the wastage of all venues

 Support activities related to costing/purchasing process including month-end inventory reconciliation

 Participate in monthly inventory at venues

 Input data into inventory list & Support to do the inventory variance report

 Monthly compare the purchasing price to all venues

 Assist in updating the food and beverage master lists and recipe & F&B promotion information

 Other back of house tasks required by cost department

 Daily task: Inventory manage, Revenue report.

Majored in Accounting, Finance, Business Ad, etc.
Hardworking; Detail-oriented
Can-do attitude; Willingness to learn; Time management
Good command of English (mostly reading & writing) & Microsoft Office - high skill in Microsoft Excel
