Acts as official spokesperson for the hotel when appropriate and responds to all media requests within 24 hours.
Compiles and maintains a comprehensive list of media contacts and manages them as per the media account management system. Delegates assigned accounts to communications staff as appropriate but takes full responsibility for the key media by maintaining and developing close relationships
Prepares press releases for appropriate targeted media, locally, regionally and internationally.
Works closely with the corporate and international press offices on developing story angles.
Participates in the press events/trips organized by the regional PR offices as required.
Conducts press blitzes when appropriate.
Ensures press kit information is comprehensive and kept up-to-date.
Set up and manage a client base of relevant PR and Media contacts, ensuring constant contact including entertainment.
Coordinate press office enquiries and PR activities with Regional PR.

Ensure databases and records are kept up to date and information is easily accessed by anyone in the hotel
Assists in a public relations related activities by initiating press visits to the hotel, preparation of invitations, press kits, or giving support to any department of the hotel.
Responsible for making all arrangements with photographers on assignments at the hotel
Assists in conducting hotel inspections when required
Be the main point of contact for all activities concerning publicity in film shooting, photo shooting, interviews by local & overseas media
*Financial and Revenue Responsibilities
Assists submitting monthly required reports
Assists reviewing P&L report, advertising contracts and following up expenses
Champion brand values and ensure the hotel adheres to brand and product standards, positioning, identity and guidelines in all communication (visual, print and electronic)
Champion, produce and roll out corporate and regional products and services at hotel level.
Produce a central communication strategy and activity PR plan.
Coordinate with the printing, design as well as adherence to the corporate guidelines for all printed materials of the hotel.
Effectively promote the hotel position and the brand in every action taken
Align the Marketing Plan to the Business Plan ensuring promotion of the hotel leads to achieving revenue targets.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Quản trị du lịch, Kinh doanh, Marketing
- Kỹ năng soạn thảo văn bản, sử dụng tin học văn phòng, hệ thống phần mềm quản lý resort, đặt phòng.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, thuyết phục, xử lý tình huống tốt, ghi nhớ và xử lý thông tin.
- Yêu cầu: Chăm chỉ, tỉ mỉ, biết tiếng Anh
- Có kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương
