Mô tả công việc

RECRUITMENT

• Conduct English test for Line Associates

• Liaison with recruitment agencies and hotel schools and site inspection if requested

• Manage resort recruitment advertisement account and implement job post as requested

• Correct and timely placement of internal and external advertisements

• Adherence to pre, during and post-employment checklists

• Assist line managers in the recruitment, induction, training, development, and succession for levels 4 and 5

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Maintenance of employee files

• Staff Data Base Management

• Attendance Record for Payroll including follow-up AL, CL and overtime

• Work with Social Insurance Office, Labor Office, Immigration Office to make sure all declaration and claim implemented on time

• Staff PIT and dependents are updated to Finance

TRAINING

Works with Training Manager or designate to Co-ordinate training such as:

• Teacher of English for line staff

• First Aid Courses, OH&S, Workplace Rehabilitation courses.

• Issue invitations to attend internal and external programs

• Maintain records of training attendance

• Implement Orientation

• Promote and facilitate cross training, job rotation, and multi skilling

• Conduct training for line Associates

• Conduct departmental skills audits

• Coordinate to Training Manager to work with schools for MOU, Career Talk, Internship program

• Conduct exit interviews for level 4 & 5 and provide feedback on reasons for turnover

• Ensure Staff and Manager awareness of HR Policies and procedures

• Ensure information relating to industrial instruments is readily available to all Staff and Managers

• Assist managers in developing work practices that are in line with OH &S policies

• Assist with line staff counseling and career management

• Coaches, counsels and disciplines staff, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance

• Regularly communicates with staff and maintains good relations

• Manage performance management system and cycle of recruitment, welcome & induction, training, development, and succession for Levels 4 &5 and ensure process is adhered to for other positions

• Initiate programs which foster good work relations such as social club and consultative committees

• Manage standardized responses to correspondence

• Assists in maintaining a comprehensive, current and guest focused set of departmental standards and procedures and oversees their implementation through ongoing training

• Provides input for probation and formal performance appraisal discussions in line with company guidelines

• Administer expat’s service: work permit, visa, tool & equipment;

• Control and update monthly PH (Public Holiday) and AL (Annual Leave)

• Complete government’s monthly/quarterly/yearly reports

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

• Knowledge of Local Labour and Employment Regulations.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

• Good speaking & writing skills (both English & Vietnamese)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in Human Resources, Training or Business Administration or relevant.

EXPERIENCE

• 1 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
