Mô tả công việc

. Lead the Reservations team to make correct and informative bookings for guest inquiries following the company policies and procedures.

· Ensure the good customer services through the Reservation department to foster hotel revenue by anticipating and satisfying guests’ inquiries; upsell, cross sells hotel products and services in the professional manner.

· Supervise to maintain good communication with travel partners as well as other departments in the hotel to ensure good and consistent service quality to guests.

· Apply the selling techniques and assist subordinate whenever necessary.

· Handle daily correspondence; respond to inquiries and make reservation as needed.

· Review at all times the selling status and rates of all package plans.

· Follow up prepayment of bookings with check-in date.

· Make sure that the correspondences are correct and timely compared with the data in the computer on a weekly basis.

· Prepare reports as per request.

· Other tasks as per request.

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

· Management skills.

· Customer-focused

· Good Communication Skills in both Vietnamese and English.

· Computing skills: Word, Excel, Power Point, Opera System.
