Check Residential room revenue & transfer Revenue/ Statistics from Hotel to Residences
Check Credit Card Commission & TA Commission, transfer expenses from Hotel to Residences
Making Capex Report & posting & sending to Residences Manager/ Owner's Accountant
Making Hotel Charge Report & posting & sending to Residences Manager/ Owner's Accountant
Share Residential Profit
Send Monthly Residential Statement, On-Off Shore, Cash flow Balances
Other tasks assigned by manager

Yêu cầu công việc

One to Two years’ experience in Accounting
Requires a working technical knowledge of generally accepted accounting principals
Good communication (Read and writing) in English language
Good Computer skills (MC excel and Sun system knowledge will be an advantage)
