Mô tả công việc

  1. Responsibilty and ensure all goods are displayed as per standard
  2. Responsibilty and ensure the stock is arranged as per standard ( brand / code )
  3. Responsibilty and ensure all the googs are preserved properly as per standard and good condition
  4. Report to Direct Manager about best selling items and slow items
  5. Comply and supervise team member to ensure all team member follow the rules and regulation of the store ( working hours / uniform & grooming / attitude )
  6. Ensure all team member follow the SOS and offer the customer the best service as per standard. Instruct and explain to all team member the importance of customer service a
  7. Assign jobs to staff, supervise and ensure effective work
  8. Responsibilty for weekly duty roster and submit to Direct Manager for approval
  9. Plan the training to all team member as per request and submit to Direct manager
  10. Customer service Management
  11. Responsibilty and ensure the team member offer the best customer service to all customer.

  • QUALIFICATION
  • Hight School Graduated or University is advantage
  • 5year experience in retails system and same position
  • Speaking English is advantage
