Mô tả công việc

Perform all daily accounting operations, included:

- Verify the accuracy of the daily Cashier report: revenue, cash and credit card received…

- Perform daily Cash on hand and Bank account reconciliation.

- Prepare receipt, payment vouchers and bank transfer.

- Prepare and update daily cash report.

- Check AR (Accounts Receivable), AP (Accounts payable), GL (General Ledger) of the Accounting Department before recording.

- Monitor and allocate the expenses from all departments.

- Input and maintain all accounting database into our software.

- Verify that journals and journal vouchers are properly recorded and accurate.

- Review and analyze all accounts before issuing monthly financial statements.

- Support month-end and year-end close process.

- Other tasks assigned by Managers.

Quyền lợi được hưởng

- Salary is negotiable, according to experience.

Net monthly income is from 10,000,000VND and above.

- Company will pay for staff meal, parking fee. 13th month bonus.

- Social insurance & Trade Union follow the legal and Accident insurance.

Yêu cầu công việc

- BA degree – Major in Finance, Accounting, Auditing.

- At least 1 year experience as Payable accountant or General Accountant. Restaurant experience is preferable.

- Able to communicate in both Vietnamese and English

- Dynamic and willing to support as required.

- Working place: Thao Dien ward.

- Working hour: Monday to Friday: from 8am to 5pm and Saturday morning.
