Regent Phu Quoc is looking for an experience Restaurant Manager to join Oku restaurant's culinary team. Oku is the signature dining restaurant featuring an Omakase Atelier and Salon de Boeuf serving sumptuous Japanese and French fusion cuisine. Ensure restaurants run smoothly and efficiently, provide customers with pleasant dining experiences that live up to brand standards.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree/higher education, qualification/equivalent in relevant field

Service years in the field: 2 – 4 years

Experience in supervisor/manager position: 1-3 years

Knowledge and skills:

Good communication and management skills

Ability to solve problem

Language: English can be spoken and written
