Mô tả công việc

Duties and responsibilities:

1. To participate in receiving the recruitment needs of departments in the Company, making recruitment plans, coordinating and organizing the implementation of those plans.

2. To post recruitment information on the Company website and other recruitment websites.

3. To receive and screen candidates suitable for the recruitment requirements of each position.

4. To update and manage candidate information files, filter candidate profiles, coordinate interview arrangements.

5. To participate in the implementation of the tasks of human resource management when required, including: monitoring human resource developments, making labor contracts, drafting personnel administrative documents and general administration ...

6. To implement of job acceptance procedures for new employees.

7. To support and answer inquiries from departments within their respective jurisdiction related to recruitment.

8. To propose supporting measures and tools to ensure timely response to the demand and quality of recruitment for the whole Company.

9. Timekeeping and monthly salary calculation strictly according to regulations.

10. To make a list and make payment procedures for the company's employees on the holiday regime; Lunar New Year; sickness; maternity and other benefits are listed in the welfare regulations.

11. To develop, deploy and control the implementation of the Labor Rules, the regulations on commendation and discipline.

12. To respond to employees' questions about policies, regimes, benefits ... promptly, clearly and transparently.

13. To propose measures to prevent and solve arising problems related to labor relations, to avoid damaging, affecting the production and business as well as the reputation of the company.

14. To participate in organizing activities, events to maintain and develop labor relations: sightseeing, vacation, sports, entertainment,...

15. To compare and settling the monthly social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance money with the social insurance agency.

16. To register to issue cards and return medical examination and treatment cards to the company's employees, carry out procedures for issuing social insurance books for new employees.

17. To close insurance books for employees when no longer working at the company.

18. To look for an insurance company with good service quality to purchase personnel insurance for your employees.

19. To make the procedure for insurance claims payment in accordance with the process, regulations and fast.

20. To make procedures to increase / decrease employees participating in insurance correctly.

21. To classify and manage scientifically and fully update employees' personal dossiers and social insurance books.

22. Quickly and accurately provide employee information and documents issued by the administrative personnel department.

23. To update information on Labor Law, Decrees, Circulars guiding settlement of Labor-related regimes.

24. To advise the head of the department on the plan to build salary and bonus mechanism, policies and benefits related to employees in accordance with the actual operation of the company and the law.

25. To draft labor contracts, statements, official letters, decisions… relating to personnel in accordance with specifications, forms and not having spelling mistakes.

26. To report on labor situation - wages periodically by month, quarter and year.

27. To perform other duties as requested by the Head of HR department

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Bachelor degree in human resources, human resource management or related majors.

2. Experience at least 2 years or more in equivalent position.

3. Male / Female: From 24 - 40 years old.

4. Proficient in computer skills.

5. Prioritize communication in English.

6. A person with the ability to oversee, plan, report and manage well.

7. Good communication and presentation skills.

8. Ability to withstand high pressure at work.

9. Being an assertive, honest and effective person at work
