Mô tả công việc

Overall Job Scope

The Sales executive will sell, market and promote Zannier Hotels Bãi San Hô resulting in generated sales, product and brand awareness.

Duties and Professional Responsibilities

• Assists in targeting the direct, travel trade, MICE, Wedding and OTA segments

• In charge of local corporate accounts with regular sales call and tele-sales to existing and potential new accounts

• Domestic sales trips to corporate accounts, attend any relevant domestic corporatee tradeshows and handle group corporate inquiries (meetings, events, incentives…)

• Conduct site-inspections and client entertainment on site

• Conduct product presentations, training and webinars

• Support with OTA extranet configuration and regularly optimizing all settings and content. Regularly reviewing OTA channels to timely identify and resolve disparity

• Regular communication with the GM and resort team, ensuring reservations, VIPs, high profiles inspections, weddings and events are managed and coordinated well by operational departments

• Account and database management. Build, maintain and update the domestic Corporate database

• Support SSM and DOSM with preparing contracts, proposals and updating of database

• Prepare related reports

• Perform any other duties as and when delegated

Yêu cầu công việc

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

• Good sales and negotiation skills

• Excellent Time management

• Well organized; self-motivated, and independent

• Based at resort in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh city and must be able to travel with flexibility per request

EXPERIENCE

• At least 1-3 year work experience in similar position at luxury hospitality or tourism sales & marketing

• Good knowledge of hotel business and operational

• Fluency in English
