 Assist Income Audit Supervisor in deliver DRR report on daily basic

 Daily Collect paper works in audit box, sort out City ledgers, Credit Card and pass to AR.

 Assist Income Audit Supervisor in controls dockets used in all outlets, maintaining correct sequence

used at all times, accounting for dockets and making sure canceled dockets are recorded accordingly

 Assist Income Auditor Supervisor in controls all food and beverage sales by performs spot checks on

outlet checks used

 Assist Income Auditor Supervisor in Ensures all rebates and miscellaneous charges are supported by

documentation detailing the charges. All rebate credits must be in accordance with Finance Policy. The

rebate credits, miscellaneous charges and paid outs must be summarized and sent to the Finance

Manager and General Manager for review daily

 Audits daily collection of the General Cashiers Summary against the bank in slip

 Audits and reconciles advance payments and ensures payments have been applied

 Daily check every single VAT invoice as per Tax Regulation and correction if needed. Assist Income

Audit Supervisor in deliver VAT invoice report as per Vietnamese Tax Regulation

 Daily check Folio with back up booking, email, outlet bill, Invoice and assist Outlet Cashier to deal with

the guest in case of dispute

 Prepare and record Entrance Vouchers for Sport Center

 Review Cashier Posting on Opera and correct if needed

 Prepare Daily Rooms Status Discrepancy Report and check with HSK and FO in case of discrepancy

 Monthly checking Nanny service report, commission fee for parking rental and consignment report

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting or related field.

Experience

 1 year experience in an accounting clerical, front office, or similar; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

CV in English
