Mô tả công việc
• To ensure that the day to day administrative needs are fulfilled.
• To perform secretarial and clerical services for the Director of Food & Beverage.
• To take down and transcribe minutes of meetings.
• To record and follow on a log book the “circuit” of approval regarding PO, contract, disposals form, etc …
• To perform any translation works on request.
• To open / dispatch incoming mail to the concerned people
• To maintain office supply stock.
• To manage, maintain and up-date the filing system in an efficient way.
• Ensures confidentiality of all information acquired during the course of the work.
• To record annual leave and other leaves of the F&B admin department staff and to prepare the Work Hours Record.
• To follow attendance of Food & Beverage staff
• To work closely with any departments of the hotel.

QUALIFICATIONS
• 3 years’ experience in a comparative role.
• Education: High school diploma or its equivalent. Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field preferred.
• Experience: Experience in food & beverage services. Experience in hotel restaurant duties preferred.
• Credentials: Certificates in hotel services and food & beverage preferred
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Must have fluent English skills to serve guests and make reports
• Must be a good communicator. Must be able to train and make reports.
• Must show basic computer proficiency such as with MS Word
• Must show understanding of F&B revenues and basic calculations
• Must show understanding of, and proficiency in, equipment and fixtures used in the operation of a restaurant.
• Must be knowledgeable about applicable laws regarding the operation of hotels and restaurants.
