Mô tả công việc

Under the general guidance and supervision of the HR-Training Manager, the Assistant Training Manager will assist the HR-Training Manager in planning, managing, controlling, coordinating training activities of all associates, with this role you will directly conduct training as well as recommending, implementing, formulating and executing Residence policies, procedures, rules, regulations and program for associates.
More details will be discussed in the interview.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources or Training or equivalent.
Possesses excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. /
Three years of related training experience, and at least one-year experience at the same position.
Be results focused, resourceful and able to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal, reasoning, motivating and problem-solving abilities.
Highly responsible & reliable.
