Mô tả công việc

• Be responsible for planning, managing, controlling, coordinating, and participating in Human Resources activities of the property and group.

• Be responsible for the formulation, recommendation and implementation of hotel policies, procedure and practices to support the operation need of the property.

• Supervises and provides the management on recruitment plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labour relations.

• Create a positive environment for each member of the team to develop and grow within the company.

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience working in a similar capacity or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

• Thorough knowledge of customer service and local labour laws

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities

• Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively

• Problem-solving skills

• Good speaking and writing in English

• Good communication skills are utilized in significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrates ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand, and the Company.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of personal

• Meticulous and responsible, able to accomplish task effectively

• Ability to work in a team and with others
