Cluster People & Culture Manager

About the role

As the Cluster People & Culture Manager within our esteemed internal hotel group, you'll assume a multifaceted role integral to the harmonious functioning and sustained growth of our properties. As a member of the People & Culture organization, the role contributes a high level of People & Culture generalist knowledge and expertise and is accountable for talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management and development for property employees. The role generally works with considerable independence, developing processes to accomplish objectives in alignment with broader business objectives. Additionally, the role utilizes a People & Culture Business Plan aligned with property and brand strategies to deliver People & Culture services that enable business success; as well as ensures compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Works closely with Frasers Hospitality Corporate HR to drive company initiatives and develops initiatives to drive employee support and involvement. | Phối hợp chặt chẽ với bộ phận Nhân sự Tập đoàn Frasers Hospitality để triển khai các sáng kiến của công ty và phát triển các chương trình nhằm thúc đẩy sự hỗ trợ và gắn kết của nhân viên.

• Oversees employee compensation, welfare and benefits. | Giám sát chế độ lương thưởng, phúc lợi và quyền lợi của nhân viên.

• Oversees recruitment and new hire onboarding. | Giám sát công tác tuyển dụng và chương trình hội nhập cho nhân viên mới.

• Manages annual HR exercises such as annual performance appraisal system, salary review and bonus payments, budget planning, annual Fraser Day, Employee Awards and Employee Climate Surveys. | Quản lý các hoạt động nhân sự hằng năm như hệ thống đánh giá hiệu suất, xét duyệt lương và thưởng, lập kế hoạch ngân sách, Ngày hội Fraser, Giải thưởng Nhân viên và Khảo sát môi trường làm việc.

• Handles all employee disciplinary and grievances. | Xử lý các vấn đề kỷ luật và khiếu nại của nhân viên.

• Develops employee engagement strategies to improve employee communication and satisfaction. | Phát triển chiến lược gắn kết nhân viên nhằm cải thiện truyền thông nội bộ và sự hài lòng của nhân viên.

• Develops effective talent management and retention programmes and initiatives. | Xây dựng các chương trình quản lý và giữ chân nhân tài hiệu quả.

• Ensure efficient manpower planning to suit operational requirements. | Đảm bảo kế hoạch nhân sự phù hợp với yêu cầu vận hành.

• Handles day to day HR operations and all other ad-hoc activities. | Quản lý các hoạt động nhân sự hằng ngày và các công việc phát sinh khác.

• Perform other related ad-hoc duties as needed

• EXPERIENCED IN: Set up KPI/ OKR. Build and manage HR yearly plan.

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the hotel or hospitality industry.

• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and high computer literacy.

• A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Self-driven and able to work within tight deadlines.
