• Be the point of contact between the General Manager and company employees, owners, and all external parties.

• Managing the General Manager’s schedule, from organizing meetings, calendars, activities, visitors, and other important events.

• Support the General Manager in preparing and compiling reports, presentations, correspondence and taking meeting minutes.

• Ensuring accurate completion of task to meet datelines.• Follow up on task assigned to Department Heads.

• Helping to translate accurate conservations between Vietnamese and English during meetings, events and documents.

• To support the General Manager to collaborate with other departments and employees to achieve the company’s goals through accurate translations.

As Company's policies

• Bachelor’s degree in English/Business Administration or any related field.

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.

• Strong Interpersonal skills with a commitment to excellence.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)

• High sense of responsibility, ownership, and initiative.

• Must be meticulous and able to produce and prioritize task accurately.

• High level of self-motivation and able to work with independently.

• Able to work well within all level of personals.
