Maximize sales / profit by managing and analyzing sales/ profit/ personnel indicators for outlets
Maintain/ maintain high customer service quality through outlet store organization management and service quality management
Communicate with customers and store employees and resolve customer complaints and problems to improve customer and employee satisfaction
Responsible for personnel management such as recruitment, training, and evaluation of employees in the store
Improve service processes more efficiently by constantly checking/ improving service standards (SOP, etc.)
Checking/ managing food quality, service quality and cleanliness by going to the store
Responsible for the safety of the customer in case of unforeseen circumstances (such as urgent matters), and conduct regular employee training

- 2 days off/ week, 12 annual leaves/ year

- Uniform + staff meals are provided

- Bachelor’s degree in F&B, Hospitality Management preferred

- Minimum 7 years experience in the restaurant and hospitality field

- At least 5 years of department manager experience - requires both budgeting and workforce management experience

- At least 10 years of experience working in the hospitality industry

- Experience in developing sales promotion strategy, establishing/ operating plans related to brand positioning
