• Managing the Graphic Design Team, the design process from brief until final product and all tasks including :
Design of Brand Logo, Identity, and Logo Registration
Providing all hotel departments with requested promotion material Design strong conceptual brochures and sales books for the brands
Work closely with the Web Development Manager and Web Team on the Web Design and updating of the 2 websites
• Give creative expression to briefs and evaluate creative work.
• Responsible for creating an atmosphere for creative growth.
• Carry forward the vision on integration.
• Spot opportunity to do path-breaking creative work.
• Act as Spokesperson for the organization with clients and in the industry.
• Attending or supervising meetings with suppliers.
• Liaise with PR office and make sure the brand is positioned in key feeder markets.
• Activation of social media channels resulting in revenue generation via direct channels.
• Ability to look at brand at strategic level and build brand awareness both domestically and internationally.
• Create marketing strategies and launch them effectively at pre-opening phase.
• Work with third party suppliers, if need be, within budgets.
• Create and plan marketing budgets for the brand every fiscal year.
• Work with the property team in executing their marketing strategies.
• Track and share information regarding new business trends.
• Understand factors that affect the market, inform management accordingly and come with the solution.
• Keep track of the competitors’ special promotions and strategies.
• Create and ensure that company SOPs and property LSOPs are in place and adhered to.
• Monitor monthly results and performance of hotels. Explain variations to their analytics.
• Communicate effectively to ensure that the Marketing function is carried out smoothly and commitments are met.
• Submit marketing activities reports on a monthly basis.
• Maintain a close relationship with the Hotel Association, the Tourism Board.
• Represent the brand in the market by executing PR strategies and work closely with appointed PR company.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Minimum of at least 5 years hands-on experience in Communications, Design with established brands
• At least Bachelor degree in any field
• Knowledge of hotel, property management, and entertainment business
• Strong in inter-personality and leadership skill
• Proficiency in English communication and computer literate
• Strong in driving results and people management and development
