MAIN ROLES

• Prepare all administration documents required by the Hotel sales team

• Perform own site visits at the property or coordinate with Sale & Marketing team members to execute site visits on your behalf.

• Monitoring mailings to leisure and business travel customers with updates of programs and events on behalf of LOTTE HOTEL HANOI.

• Review accounts production and travel pattern to determine the appropriate market segment for negotiation.

• Attend to telephone, fax, email enquiries in a timely manner

• Co-ordinate all familiarizations and site inspections as required

• Fosters good relationships with key contacts & product buyers in the leisure sector.

• Attend all monthly sales meetings

• Attend to all sales department mail and maintain a correspondence data base

• Assist with direct mail campaigns

• Maintain filing systems (manual and electronic)

• Maintenance and management of data base

• Assist with promotions and familiarizations where requested

• Organize Trade shows, functions and exhibitions where applicable and advised by Superiors

• Assist with compilation of annual budgets, business plan and regular action plans

• Assist with the planning and development of promotional strategies and marketing plans for the hotel

• Distributes sales leads

• Work in line with business needs

SUPPORTIVE ROLES

• Maintain a close, cooperative relationship with other departments to guarantee effective communication.

• The Sale Manager – Leisure Sales will represents LOTTE HOTEL HANOI to the entire leisure segment.

• Implement and coordinate cooperation as a supporting department for business operation.

• Ensure smooth work cooperation among departments and always provide support not to cause any interruptions in business operation.

• Manage and maintain smooth work cooperation with other departments

• Experience: Minimum of 05 years experienced in Leisure segment or work-related experience (both inbound and domestic markets).

• Credentials: Working Experience in Luxury & High-end market is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

• Knowledge of hotel and competitive markets

• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

• Good writing skills
