RESPONSIBILITIES—GENERAL

To in charge the daily operation, repair and maintenance of the engineering division.

Trouble shooting operation, repair, built-up, maintenance of mechanical, electrical service and general building.

Monthly report according to company policy, all utilities consumption, staff monthly roster, medical of vacation leave correspondence, purchase request, store control and inventory, set-up yearly expense budget, analyzing and controlling the expense, analyzing of complaints, log book and various check lists, handling of repair and job orders. Hold regular meeting or briefing with staff, daily morning briefing with General Director, Operation Manager and other Department Heads. Handling green leaf project, handling safety committee, monthly meeting for energy and environmental conservation committee.

Trouble shooting, operation, repair and maintenance of:

Mechanical service:

Air-conditioning system and exhaust and ventilation system.

Cold room.

All the motor and pump.

Cleaning equipment.

Boiler.

Generator.

Car

Lift, etc.

Electrical service:

High voltage feeder and switchboard.

Transformer

Main circuit breaker

Generator / emergency power.

Main distributor board

Lighting

Power control for guestroom

All the electrical wirer and wire way

Life safety equipment.

Plumbing and Heating:

Boiler

Steam distribute

Hot water generator

Hot and cold water booster pump

Hot and cold water system

Storage tank

Sanitary equipment

Water filter

Waste water treatment system

Drainage system

Swimming pool and equipments

Life and Safety:

Fire fighting equipment

Fire alarm system

Control the energy cost.

Organize, motivate, control and handling of staff as well as supplies and contractors, training staff.

Report to Operation Manager and General Director.

Coordinate and linking with various service companies, contractors, consultant, architect, and government, etc.

Accept additional or temporary assignment as instructed by superior from time to time.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

Working in the FE sector/an FE college

Practical skills and knowledge of related fields: refrigeration, air-conditioning, construction, water processing, public building regulations.

Knowledge and experience in PC application software

Ability to identify problems and attention to details.

Significant experience in a customer-service position.

Experience in team management.

Extremely guest oriented and service minded.

Leadership and well organized.

Degree of engineering or 3 - 5 years of Hotel maintenance management experience.

Certificate of Hotel Profession.

Extremely high spirit of Customer Service.

English: good writing and communication skills.
