Mô tả công việc

Understand how the FCS Engineering Software System and Preventive Maintenance System works.
Ensure that all AV equipment in buildings, work areas, restaurants and other outlets are in good condition and are maintained regularly.
Attend to the maintenance of audio & visual as instructed by the superior.
Daily report maintaining, fixing and setting up electronic equipment / devices / sound system in banqueting areas of banquet sales. Attending outside catering for AV equipment set up is also part of AV technician work.
Directly reporting and discussing to Assistant Chief Engineer/ Chief Engineer regarding any problems with electronic equipment/ devices serving for functions. Ensure complaints and requests are handled with the aim of exceeding guest’s expectations.
Liaise directly with the department (such as HouseKeeping, Food & Beverages, Front Office..) regarding the completion of work orders and prioritize in order of guest satisfaction.
Monitor and observe staff performance and offer feedback giving clear directions and encouragement.
Train staff supervised to carry out their duties effectively & efficient.
Other tasks will be discussed during the interview.

Proficient in English is a must.
At least 1 year of experience in relevant fields.
Management skill and good communication skill.
Good time management.
Able to work in shift and work under pressure.
