• Welcome and assist customers in exploring the seasonal mooncake collection and gift offerings.
• Provide product information and recommendations, including flavors, ingredients, packaging options, and ongoing promotions.
• Support daily sales operations and process customer transactions in accordance with store procedures.
• Arrange, replenish, and maintain product displays to ensure an attractive and well-organized presentation.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and checking product quality and packaging conditions.
• Prepare and package mooncakes and gift boxes according to customer requirements and company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the sales area at all times.
• Handle basic customer inquiries and escalate issues or complaints to the Store Manager or Supervisor when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.

• Current student or recent graduate with an interest in retail, hospitality, or the F&B industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays during the Mid-Autumn Festival season.
• Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
