Mô tả công việc

1. To arrive at work on time in the uniform provided, ensuring a neat and tidy appearance, according to the employee handbook.

2. To develop a close and harmonious working relationship with other departments.

3. To attend training sessions and meetings as required.

4. To anticipate guest need and handle guest inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner.

5. To be knowledgeable on all facts of the hotel product, including room types, room rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets and promotions, spa and health club, and other properties.

6. To have a complete knowledge of company policy and procedures.

7. Complete all shift duties as outlined on shift check list prior to the end of shift.

8. Monitor daily arrivals ensuring all requests are carried out wherever possible and all realistic expectations are met and ensure all reservations are honored.

9. Conduct room and public areas inspections as required.

10. To greet and acknowledge all guests.

11. To welcome all guests in a polite and friendly manner.

12. To suggest alternatives to meet customer needs and expectations.

13. To thank and invite our guests to return.

14. To carry out other duties as directed by the supervisor.

15. To receive, handle and relay guest messages, mail, voice mail and faxes in an efficient, timely manner as per hotel policy.

16. Coordinate hotel reservations for guests when required.

17. Maintain positive relations with other departments.

18. Ensure up-to-date of current facts of the hotel product, including room types, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets/promotions, spa, fitness center and etc.

19. Keep updated with all policies and procedures of the hotel.

20. Attend training sessions as required.

21. Assist all other areas of the hotel when required.

22. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. At least Bachelor degree in any field

2. New graduate who taken internship in related field or at least 1 year experience in front office

3. Good inter-personality skill, outgoing, and friendly

4. Strong in English communication skill

5. Strong in problem solving skills, and execution of work
