Mô tả công việc

The Booking Associate is responsible for fulfilling reservation requests of BỜM Gastronomy and SIGMA Cocktail Alchemy.

- Responsible for fulfilling reservation requests based on seat availability and customer preferences.

- Handling correspondence

- Sending confirmation texts and emails

- Verifying customers information

- Collecting deposit whenever needs

- Promoting the restaurants and bars facilities

- Answering customer inquiries

- Familiar with all day-to-day routine restaurant practices, including billing transactions and credit and debit card procedures

- Familiar with all on-going promotion

- Contacted managers resolving any guest issues.

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
