Mô tả công việc

1) SCOPE OF WORKS:

Supervise and control all catering outlets in the hotel to meet the required standards, within agreed budgetary limits and parameters of the law, particularly liquor law.

2) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take full responsibility for the operation of the F&B department.

• Cooperate with related departments for preparing equipment/ food/items needed for the Function or event.

• Ensure that consumable and non-consumable goods are ordered, correctly stored, and issued to the various departments.

• Be fully conversant with all statutory requirements regarding a food and beverage operation, that all licenses, including special licenses, are timorously applied for and that the conditions affecting the issues of a liquor license are not jeopardized.

• Ensure that regular stocktakes are conducted.

• To be fully aware of trends in the industry and make suggestions for improvement of the catering operation.

• Ensure that company and statutory hygiene standards are maintained in all areas.

• Attend timely to customer complaints.

• Identifying areas for development and training needs, and ensuring that this training is effective.

• To ensure the prompt and efficient service of all meals, snacks, functions, and beverages to the required standards.

• Ensure that profit margins are maintained and agreed costs are not exceeded through effective control systems, including issuing against dockets, sales analysis, menu costings, and cash checks.

• Ensure that all restaurants are clean and well-maintained and set up.

• Ensure that all employees are well-grooming.

• Ensure that bars are clean and stocked with the stipulated requirements.

• Ensure that room service orders are executed promptly and that they comply with the required standards.

• Ensure the efficient running of the banquet team.

Yêu cầu công việc

1) EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position

2) OTHER SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Teamwork & Independent.

• The ability to listen to customers as well as the acumen when approaching customers.

• Problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, and organizational.

• Good Communication and writing skills.

• Ability to work in high-pressure environment.

• Knowledge of the business area and market segmentation for business
