General Accountant | Kế toán Tổng hợp

• Assist in review all accounts daily and periodically to ensure that all accounts are correctly and timely updated.
• Prepare supporting documentation for the general ledger journals daily and month end.
• Work with team accounting team to ensure that special accounting accounts such as creditors, debtors, inventory accounts, cash accounts are checked with the trial balance and that the balance, debit and credit amounts are verified and details supported.
• Ensure that all accounts are correctly booked and the such correctness is checked daily and periodically where possibly to be done in prior.
• Ensure that all journals are verified.
• Tax declaration and tax returns preparation.
• Financial reporting.
• Assist in other matters as required by the Management of the hotel.
• Review the trial balance and ensure each account verified and supported with detailed documentation.
• Taxation compliance and reporting.
• Manage daily and periodic accounting tasks with planning, accuracy and correctness.

• Bachelor of Accounting / Finance
• 3 years at the same position at hotels using accounting system SUN
• Review accounts, trial balance review and financial statements preparation
• 5- star hotels international brand
