Mô tả công việc

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

Attend to customer requests and respond to it as per company standards
Achieve given revenue targets while exceeding customer expectations
Coordinate with operations team, suppliers, internal departments to liaise all event’s matter
Having good knowledge of venues, food and beverage, and other offers
Attending and monitoring events when needed
Ensure all administrative processes are being followed according to company standards
Consults Management team on strategy, offers and market trends in order to stay competitive in the market

Gross Salary: VND 8.000.000 - 15.000.0000 (depending on experience)
Bonus 13th salary (depends on company’s financial decision)

Qualifications

Age: 22 – 27
Gender: Female / Male
Background in Hospitality / F&B or service-based industry is an advantage
Good communication in English & Vietnamese
Being confident and assertive
Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Tools & Google Tools (Drive, Sheet, Docs, etc.)
Ability to work under pressure & deadline
Being focused and self-motivated
Social media savvy & good communication skills
Well-organized and can multitask
Can work late and in shift if needed
