Thông tin cơ bản

Mô tả công việc

1. Make sure all supporting statistics for salary are carefully prepared so that hotel staffs can get their salary on due time (month - end)

2. Insurance and other related benefits of all staffs are to be taken care of and followed up accordingly in accordance with Vietnam laws and PRSHAN policies

3. Frequently check to update employees’ profile so that all required formalities are legal base on the procedure of the residence operation.

4. Preparing necessary documents to control the employment contracts (monthly send list of contract expired to managers and process accordingly), offer letters, confirmation letter, warning letters, labor contract decisions, termination procedures…

5. Informs all associates about the important events, notices and information within the property operation.

6. Establishes monthly reports according to requirements.

7. Is familiar with all relevant company documentation and relevant field of responsibility.

8. Coordinate issue and renewal of Work Permit and Visa for expatriates.

9. Support HR Manager with Quarter evaluation and incentive calculation.

10. Support HR Manager with period salary review and update to the system for salary calculation.

11. Update associates working hours and annual leaves, sick leaves, public holidays.

12. Insurance: Monthly social insurance, solve pending issues relating to social insurance.

13. Support HR Manager with composing and developing labor regulations, labor collective agreement…

14. Take a part in the supervision of employment standards implementation

15. Support HR Manager with completing & filing documents system (hard copy) as standard (ex: complete employee profile with all necessary dossiers...), policies, procedures, SOP…

16. Promptly responding to questions from associates regarding to HR policies.

17. Job posting, candidate sourcing

18. Contact for interviewing and follow up until final selection.

19. Prepare offer letter, welcome newcomers procedures (uniform, welcome package, introduction mail and directly to the team…)

20. Take a part in Orientation training for new comers and support others training courses in case of needed

21. Participate CSR projects

22. Support the company’s events, activities for associates

23. Counsels employees as needed in areas such as career planning, training and development, associates relations and legal issues related to personnel

24. Reports to HR Manager

25. Maintains good working relations with all Heads of other Departments. Coordinates functions and activate with other Department Heads.

26. Maintains relations with external contacts government official, labor, police department and lawyer’s office, other to be aware of any change of salary, welfare and benefits in the market and all companies related to hotel activities.

27. Other duties and projects as assigned by the HR Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

EDUCATION AND TRAINING: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.

LANGUAGES: Good in both Vietnamese/ English

4. 02 years in a similar position in the international Hotel/Resorts companies.
