Demi Chef de Partie (Western Cuisine)

Support the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, and Executive Chef in the daily operation of the Western Kitchen by preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, and ensuring consistent presentation in accordance with Amanoi and Aman brand standards.

Reseponsibilties

• Prepare, cook, and present Western dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Execute all assigned tasks as directed by the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or Executive Chef.
• Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with the daily operation of the kitchen.
• Support the development and testing of new menu items and food products.
• Perform the duties of other kitchen associates when operationally required.
• Ensure consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Maintain proper food preparation, handling, labeling, and storage procedures.
• Follow FIFO principles and ensure correct storage temperatures for all food products.
• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing food deliveries according to purchasing and quality standards.
• Minimize food waste through proper production planning and portion control.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
• Properly use, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment and report any defects immediately.
• Support inventory control and stock rotation.
• Follow all Amanoi policies, departmental procedures, and health and safety regulations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management team

• At least 2 years experience in CDP role
