• Manage the operation of the Experience department and ensuring product quality standards are met and exceptional service is provided to all resort's guests.

• Ensures staff's selection, training, performance, recognition programs, staff engagement initiatives are in place and monitored to maximize performance and retention.

• Ensures that standards and procedures are reviewed and discussed to drive continuous improvement to maximize guest satisfaction.

• Ensure health and safety of guests and staffs during tours, excursions.

Yêu cầu công việc

A minimum of 3 years in same or equivalent position;
Experience as a tour guide is a must;
Good knowledge on hospitality products and the philosophy of the guest's need;
Fluent in English communication and good at product up-selling;
Gentle in communication, friendly at work, open-minded, and good manner
Highly interactive and people-friendly.
