Sales & Marketing Internship ( Based in Ho Chi Minh City)

MAIN TASKS

• Ensure an efficient and accurate filing system, maintaining both manually and automatic at all times
• Fully archive and support records of all Agreements, Business, Contracts and Quotations for the hotel
• Assist in the compilation and preparation of Business Reports
• Assist in conducting in-depth competitor research and sustainably maintaining hotel product knowledge
• Assist in the transmission of hotel related information to customers upon request.
• Participate in sales campaigns
• Support sales staff with business by phone and schedule appointments for sales staff when required.
• Assists in coordinating the development of all promotional material.
• Assist with the preparation of new products and services.
• Other duties assigned by Supervisor

• Meal allowance in internship period : 2,000,000vnd/month

• Parking lot in accordance with working shifts is provided.
• Certificate provided upon successful completion.
• Uniforms are provided according to Hotel standards.

1. Knowledge & Experience

• Have graduated or in the internship period from colleges and universities majoring in Business Administration or Hospitality Management.
• Have knowledge of F&B or Hotel Products.

2. Other requirements

• Internship period is at least 6 months.
• Work well in stressful & high-pressure situations.
• Have a good physical and ability to solve problems quickly.
• Good command of English.
  
• Knowledge in MS Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint…).
• Good communication skills.
