General Accountant

To be responsible for the overall General Ledger accounting function, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial records. Maintain proper recording of financial transactions, perform month-end closing activities, prepare financial reports and statements, and ensure timely reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts. Support compliance with Meliá reporting requirements, ownership reporting, statutory obligations, and third-party requirements. Collaborate closely with the Finance Controller on budgeting, forecasting, audits, and financial analysis.

Chịu trách nhiệm toàn diện về công tác kế toán tổng hợp và quản lý Sổ Cái (General Ledger), đảm bảo tính chính xác, đầy đủ và minh bạch của các số liệu tài chính. Thực hiện việc ghi nhận các giao dịch kế toán đúng quy định, hoàn tất quy trình khóa sổ cuối tháng, lập báo cáo tài chính và các báo cáo quản trị theo yêu cầu. Đảm bảo đối chiếu đầy đủ các tài khoản trên Bảng cân đối kế toán, đáp ứng các yêu cầu báo cáo của Tập đoàn Meliá, Chủ đầu tư, cơ quan chức năng và các bên liên quan. Phối hợp chặt chẽ với Finance Controller trong công tác ngân sách, dự báo tài chính, kiểm toán và phân tích tài chính.

2/ MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES | TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH:

Maintain the General Ledger and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Quản lý Sổ Cái và đảm bảo mọi giao dịch tài chính được ghi nhận chính xác theo chính sách Công ty và chuẩn mực kế toán.

Perform month-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial review.

Thực hiện các công việc khóa sổ cuối tháng, bao gồm hạch toán, đối chiếu và rà soát số liệu tài chính.

Prepare monthly financial reports, Meliá reporting packages, owner reports, and statutory reports as required.

Lập báo cáo tài chính hàng tháng, báo cáo theo yêu cầu của Tập đoàn Meliá, Chủ đầu tư và cơ quan chức năng.

Review and reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, receivables, and payables on a timely basis.

Kiểm tra và đối chiếu các tài khoản ngân hàng, tài khoản cân đối kế toán, công nợ phải thu và phải trả kịp thời.

Monitor cash flow, prepare cash reports, and ensure sufficient funds are available for hotel operations.

Theo dõi dòng tiền, lập báo cáo tiền mặt và đảm bảo nguồn tiền phục vụ hoạt động của Khách sạn.

Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies, unusual transactions, and outstanding balances.

Kiểm tra, xử lý các sai lệch kế toán, giao dịch bất thường và các khoản công nợ tồn đọng.

Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.

Hỗ trợ các đợt kiểm toán nội bộ và bên ngoài thông qua việc chuẩn bị hồ sơ, đối chiếu và tài liệu liên quan.

Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure confidentiality of financial information.

Lưu trữ hồ sơ kế toán đầy đủ, khoa học và đảm bảo bảo mật thông tin tài chính.

Collaborate with other departments and support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.

Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan và hỗ trợ công tác ngân sách, dự báo và phân tích tài chính.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Accountant.

Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của Kế Toán Trưởng.

REQUIREMENTS | YÊU CẦU:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán, Tài chính hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Tối thiểu 02 năm kinh nghiệm kế toán, ưu tiên trong ngành khách sạn.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and accounting regulations.
• Am hiểu các nguyên tắc kế toán, báo cáo tài chính và quy định kế toán.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Thành thạo phần mềm kế toán và Microsoft Office, đặc biệt là Excel.
• Good command of English and strong attention to detail.
• Tiếng Anh tốt, cẩn thận và có khả năng làm việc chính xác.
