Mô tả công việc

- Being responsible for launching an upscale Vietnamese restaurant’s concept, opening in Quarter 4, 2021

- Managing the Restaurant team, including experience enhancement for both guests and employees.

- Analyzing the product service, sales, and costs, menu planning, menu design, budget preparation, recruitment, training, and team members' development.

- Having a high level of expertise in fine dining services.

- Detail works will be shared via interview

Yêu cầu công việc

- Minimum 2+ years of relevant executive management experience in an upscale restaurant’s concept.

- Previous restaurant concept development and pre-opening experience preferred

- “Out-of-the-Box” thinker, creative and original

- Service-oriented style with professional presentation skills

- Excellent English communication

- Strong Management skills
