Engineering Technician | Nhân viên kĩ thuật

• Conduct routine property inspections of the major plants and public areas as directed to determine maintenance requirements or upgrades and improvements to the property and its assets.
• Responsible for ensuring that all rules and regulations regarding safe working practices are complied with
• Handle specific job requests as directed in an efficient and timely manner.
• Operate all engineering plants and machinery to ensure they run in good and optimum condition.
• Participate in preventative maintenance programs as directed, perform efficiently and effectively.
• Assign specific tasks and job requests to subordinate staff and supervises their day-to-day activity
• Coordinate with operation departments regarding specific maintenance activities & all other divisions for maintenance and repair works.
• Report any abnormal, malfunctioning of machinery, short-term and long-term issues, or extraordinary incidents to the direct supervisor for his action and follow up
• Assist in the maintenance of efficient administration preparing and submitting reports on time as directed and timely manner.
• Check and maintain the utilities (water supply and electricity systems) to ensure they are functioning properly
• Ensure that the plant room, workshop, related areas, and tools and equipment are kept in a clean and tidy manner.
• Liaise with the supervisor, purchasing or designate to order specific spare parts or equipment necessary to execute effective maintenance

• 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role at Hospitality management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Highly organized.
• Highly ethical behavior.
• Effective communicator.
• Motivational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Engineering practices.
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering designs, installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Willingness to perform mechanical maintenance and repairs outside of business hours.
