Mô tả công việc

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Front Office department 

Plan and assign work to the Front Office Department accurately, ensuring there is enough staff to provide exceptional service to guests

Ensure that all bookings are in order and that prices are within allowed levels

Maintain cash balances and handle funds correctly at all times

Work closely with the Sales and Housekeeping departments to maximize room capacity and achieve the highest revenue and best customer service

Handle guest complaints and requests quickly, professionally, and efficiently, while showing enthusiasm and offering problem-solving solutions in line with the hotel's interests

Reply to messages and emails from guests and instruct staff to handle any situations that may arise while serving guests

Ensure that all staff members are knowledgeable about hotel products, current promotions, policy changes, and appropriate communication to best serve guests

Train and coach staff on Front Office SOP, hotel rules, and regulations

Evaluate the performance of Front Office staff and suggest commendations or remedial and disciplinary action when necessary

Conduct daily and periodic department meetings and attend meetings as required

Perform any other duties required by the General Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 2 years experience in a Duty Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager position

Effective communication in both Vietnamese & English, 3rd language is a plus.

Team management, planning, and reporting skills

Experienced in leading and managing teams of 8-10 people

Good communication and customer care skills

Hardworking, honest, careful, enthusiastic, and a good team supporter

Good negotiation and persuasion skills; adept at handling complaints

Proficient in computer skills
