Mô tả công việc
- Prepare and produce a variety of breads in accordance with the hotel's recipes and quality standards.
- Perform all stages of bread production, including dough mixing, proofing, dividing, shaping, baking, and finishing.
- Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished products to ensure they meet standards for taste, appearance, and freshness.
- Prepare sufficient quantities of bread for breakfast buffets, restaurants, banquets, and special events according to the production schedule.
- Store raw ingredients, semi-finished products, and finished products in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Clean and maintain work areas, kitchen equipment, and machinery after each shift.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production and timely service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Pastry Chef or direct supervisor.
