F&B Cashier/ Thu ngân nhà hàng

• Obtain necessary approvals to process orders./ Nhận sự phê duyệt để xử lý hóa đơn yêu cầu.
• Process orders into the Point of Sale system accurately./ Xử lý hóa đơn vào hệ thống một cách chính xác.
• Total the guest check notating applicable approval codes (hotel charge, credit card, cash, etc…)/ Ghi rõ mã được duyệt cẩn thận (chi phí khách sạn, thẻ tín dụng, tiền mặt...)
• Notify management of any guest complaints./ Thông tin cho ban quản lý phàn nàn của khách hàng
• Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies to include but not limited to health and safety./ Đáp ứng các hướng dẫn về công việc và tuân thủ các chính sách của công ty, phòng ban và quy định bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở sức khỏe và an toàn
• Effective problem solving skills to include the ability to collaborate with others./ Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề

• Must be able to write legibly, complete detailed paperwork and use a computer for extended periods of time./ Kỹ năng viết, và hoàn thành mọi công việc giấy tờ, sử dụng máy tính.
• Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner./ Khả năng giao tiếp chuyên nghiệp và hòa đồng
• Ability to learn the menu, point of sale system and day-to-day procedures./ Khả năng học thực đơn, hệ thống điểm bán hàng và các quy trình hàng ngày
• Must be able to work any shift any day./ Khả năng làm việc bất cứ ca nào, ngày nào
• Previous hospitality experience preferred./ Kinh nghiệm làm việc ngành nhà hàng khách sạn
• Microsoft Office knowledge required./ Kỹ năng Microsoft Office
• Must present a well-groomed appearance./ Ngoại hình chỉn chu
• Ability to communicate fluently in the local language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally. Bi-lingual is encouraged./ Khả năng giao tiếp. Điểm cộng nếu có ngoại ngữ.
