• Providing lobby welcoming and farewell greeting experience for the guest 
• Acknowledge, greet and converse with guests who enter the driveway, front entrance and lobby area.
• Be informed of and promote hotel outlets, services and events.
• Connect guests with the Front Desk for check-in/out procedures, Bell Desk for assistance with luggage, Valet for retrieval of cars, Concierge for reservations and referrals, give directions for local travels, and guide guests to the various hotel destinations.
• Assist customers in securing taxis and other modes of transportation.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage into and out of automobiles.
• Insist luggage and personal belongings of the guest are always treated with the upmost respect, caution and security.
• Store guest baggage upon request.

• Tips

• One year working experience is preferred.
  
• Basic Education completed is preferred.
• Microsoft Office knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally. Fluent in English is encouraged.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• Organized, can multi-task, good problem solving skills and detail-oriented.
