Mô tả công việc

1. Calculates costs of orders, and charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts.

2. Perform buying duties when necessary.

3. Responds to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.

4. Prepares invitation-of-bid forms and mail forms to supplier firms or distribute forms for public posting.

5. Locates suppliers, using sources such as catalogues and the Internet and gathers information about products to be ordered.

6. Compares prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.

7. Contacts suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Having experience or background in the hospitality industry is preferable
- Fresh graduates from the Hospitality University or/and Linguistic University (major:English) are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office eg. MSWord and MSExcel.
- Good coordination, negotiation skills, meticulous, organized, neat and diligent.
- Able to writing well in English
