Mô tả công việc
1. Identify and approve hotel suppliers based on price, quality, and services.
2. Implement credit terms with suppliers and vendors and advise the concerned managers of the dis-credited suppliers and vendors.
3. Provide knowledge to all concerned employees on purchasing process regularly to ensure that the purchasing standard operating procedure is reinforced and that everyone assists in minimize cost and time.
4. Develop strong working knowledge of purchasing system.
5. Re-training purchasing system with operation department by quarterly basis.
6. Ensure that filing and archive system is in accordance with accounting procedure.
7. Train and develop purchasing staff to be able to perform their job well and continue to use their innovative skill to improve work process and cost saving while focusing on quality and guest satisfaction.
8. Maintain system between purchasing staff and main kitchen to ensure time lines, quality, and quantity of goods.
9. Ensuring that orders are filled and supplies are delivered on time as requested by department.
10. Work closely with department heads and other hotels’ purchasing managers (to get more information) and deal with vendors or suppliers.
11. Make all purchase of materials, merchandise and services to the maximum efficiency, economy and accuracy for adequate control.
12. To continually do market research in order to seek for new better products, prices, and service in the markets.
13. Be aware and alert of the new market trends, technology, and other innovative ideas and products and keep all managers updated.
14. To, at all times, purchase goods, supplies, services which are environmentally friendly.
15. Motivate suppliers to work with hotel in minimizing resources such as cost and time while focusing on satisfaction of guests.
16. To negotiate price with suppliers according to the SOP and with integrity of good governance.
17. To prepare all necessary paper work when ordering goods from all vendors.
18. To follow up the delivery date of goods ordered.
19. Attend project meetings, design meeting, purchasing meetings and others as required by supervisor.
20. Actively participate in all meetings by providing relevant information and purchasing services.
21. Adhere to company code of conduct at all times.
22. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
23. Perform other duties as assigned by Finance Controller.

Yêu cầu công việc
1. At least Bachelor degree in any field
2. At least 3 year experience in purchasing management position
3. Proficiency in English communication
4. Strong in organization, detailed and analysis skill
5. Computer literate and knowledge of computer system : Fidelio or others
6. Strong in inter-personality skill
7. Preference candidates with experience in the Hospitality industry
